Whether he was lining up a shot at the oche, sharing a laugh at the bar, or offering a friendly word to newcomers, he embodied the warm, welcoming spirit that makes Sue’s more than just a venue—it’s a home. His sudden departure has sent shockwaves through our tight-knit family, made all the more profound by the fact there were no signals beforehand. In an instant, a vibrant life was gone, leaving behind a silence where his laughter once lived.
We come together now not just to mourn, but to celebrate the man we were so fortunate to know. We remember his keen competitive spirit, his steady hand in a close game, and his unwavering camaraderie.
